We will be closed for normal class times on Monday, May 29th in observance of Memorial Day to honor the sacrifices of all of our military veterans, past and present, all over the globe who are or have served. Thank you all for being our protectors!
Please join us at Starboard CrossFit from 9am-11am for a nationwide CrossFit tradition to celebrate and honor one of our very own lost heros, United States Navy SEAL LT. Michael P. Murphy. This is a FREE community event open to all where we perform this classic CrossFit benchmark workout. The workout is tough—very tough—but it can, of course, be scaled to meet everyone's fitness capacity.
OPTIONAL: Register here: https://themurphchallenge.com/ to have your score recognized globally!

This workout was one of Mike's favorites and he'd named it "Body Armor." From here on it will be referred to as "Murph" in honor of the focused warrior and great American who wanted nothing more in life than to serve this great country and the beautiful people who make it what it is.
