  • work technique & maintain good form​ (tip#1, tip#2)

  • snatch pull + snatch pull + snatch + snatch drop + overhead squat:

  • 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

  • increase weight for each set

  • work technique, speed, & form

NOTE: complete all movements of each rep.

METCON:

then followed immediately FOR TIME (pick one):

  • 1mi. run

  • 2000m row

  • 4800m bike
