METCON:
16min EMOM:
ODD: 2 power cleans @75-85%
EVEN: 16 abmat sit-ups
DEATH BY: burpees
Complete one burpee on the start of the 1st min, two burpees on the 2nd min, three burpees on the 3rd min, and so on until you can no longer complete the required number of burpees for a given minute.
If you finish before the last person, you must continue with 13 air squats every minute until the last person is finished.
NOTE: We have standards for a rep to count. Your chest must touch the ground at the bottom and you must jump at least six inches high and clap your hands overhead at the top of the burpee. If you miss one of those criterion or your form breaks down at any point, the rep doesn’t count.
