CONDITIONING/STRENGTH: E2MOM 24mins

  • 1 squat clean + 2 thrusters + 3 shoulder-to-overhead + 4 front squats 135/95

  • choose a challenging weight that allows you to complete the barbell complex without dropping the bar

  • you may squat clean straight into the first thruster (ie. cluster)

  • this is an endurance strength conditioning complex

  • complete 12 sets total or as many as possible in 24 mins
