CROSSFIT OPEN 25.1

15MIN AMRAP:

  • +3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell

  • +3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads

  • 30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)


INTENDED STIMULUS:

  • at 15MINS... this is an endurance test.

  • the burpees will add up quickly so set a pace that allows you to keep moving.

  • the dumbbell will get heavy so switch arms often so you don't have to set it down.

  • rest, catch your breath and shake out the arms on the lunges.
