  • 100/80 cals bike

  • 50 handstand push-ups

  • 30 clean & jerk @60%

(NOTE: SPLIT REPS as needed. TEAM completes a full ROUND before starting the next. ONE partner working at a time.)

TEAMS OF 3 will have 2 partners working at a time. INDIVIDUALS can complete 2 ROUNDS of half the REPS.
