  • +1 front squat @50% 1RM

INTENDED STIMULUS

  • run should be 1:00~1:30

  • SCALE to 600/500m bike if needed.

  • barbell taken from the floor unless intended for scaling.

  • squat clean the first rep of each set.

  • choose a challenging weight that allows you to perform unbroken front squats.

  • keep moving the legs while resting to minimize lactic acid build-up.
