  • 3 deadlifts @70%

  • 6 burpees

  • 30 abmat sit-ups

(EXTRA CREDIT: weighted sit-ups 40/30 or GHD's.)

(SCORE: MAX sit-ups FINAL ROUND.)


INTENDED STIMULUS:

  • 3 deadlifts @70% should be heavy

  • pause and setup before trying to rep them out. try to do touch-n-go or quick singles.

  • try to break/rest on the transition and finish the reps unbroken.

  • nice and easy strength day with plenty of rest and a good core finisher.
