  • 200m run

  • MAX REPS pull-ups in remaining time

  • 2MINS REST

(EXTRA CREDIT: strict pull-ups OR muscle-ups.)

(SCORE: TOTAL REPS pull-ups.)


INTENDED STIMULUS:

  • aim to have at least 60secs on the pull-up bar.

  • try to move steadily but quickly and control heart rate.

  • great opportunity to challenge yourself on pull-ups while tired.

  • advanced athletes should try strict or muscle-ups.
