INTENDED STIMULUS:

  • back squats should be heavy but sets unbroken from the rack obviously.

  • push on the bike and use it to flush the lactic acid build-up in the legs.

  • keep the legs moving during your rest by walking around or biking slowly.

  • shoot for 15~25 cals average per round.
