15MIN AMRAP:

  • 1 squat clean + 2 thrusters + 3 shoulder-to-overhead + 4 front squats 135/95

  • 5 burpees

(NOTE: this is an endurance strength conditioning complex; choose a challenging weight that allows you to complete the barbell complex without dropping the bar. you may squat clean straight into the first thruster.)
