  • 3 deadlifts & +1 burpee

  • touch-n-go reps

  • increase weight safely as needed


10MIN AMRAP:

  • 5 devils press 40's/30's

  • 10 box jump-overs 24"/20"

(EXTRA CREDIT: 50's/35's.)


INTENDED STIMULUS:

  • 5~10 ROUNDS

  • focus on using the hips and legs for most of your power (ie. core-to-extremity). posterior chain will be taxed.

  • choose a moderate dumbbell weight that you can keep moving quickly.

  • choose a box height that allows you to JUMP safely! step-overs will be a SCALING option.
