use dumbbells or barbell for bench press
use sandbag, slamball or medball weight of choice for the run
focus on maintaining consistency (80-85% effort) on the runs rather than MAX EFFORT each round (ie. shoot for the same time each round +/-10sec)
SCALE: unweighted run or 1200m bike
