SKILL/STRENGTH: E5MOM 20MIN

  • 10 bench press @50% + weighted 400m run

  • use dumbbells or barbell for bench press

  • use sandbag, slamball or medball weight of choice for the run

  • focus on maintaining consistency (80-85% effort) on the runs rather than MAX EFFORT each round (ie. shoot for the same time each round +/-10sec)

  • SCALE: unweighted run or 1200m bike

FOR TIME: "RANDY"

  • 75 power snatches 75/55

  • (DO NOT drop barbells from above hips unless for safety)
