  • wallballs 20/14

  • box jump-overs 24"/20"

(EXTRA CREDIT: heavy wallball 25/18, box jump-over 30"/24")


INTENDED STIMULUS:

  • this workout is a sprint.

  • aim to complete the wallballs in 1~2 sets.

  • scale the box height to something you can jump to. step overs are a scaling option.

  • try to move steadily and continuously on the box jump-overs.
