  • 150 dumbbell snatches 50/35

  • 150 burpees

One partner working at a time. BOTH partners run together. Switch positions as often as needed.

  • 7 burpee box jump-overs 24"/20"

  • 4 deadlifts @50%

  • 100m sprint
