  • 2 x 25m shuttle run

(EXTRA CREDIT: strict or wall facing hspu's.)


INTENDED STIMULUS

  • time domain 10-15MINS

  • low reps are a perfect time to challenge yourself on the hspu's.

  • advanced athletes can challenge themselves with extra credit.

  • ONE shuttle run is 25m down AND 25m back. you must complete 2 of those.
