FOR TIME:

  • 500m ski

  • 500m row

  • 1000m bike

DIRECTLY INTO 10 ROUNDS:

  • 3 power snatch 95/65

  • 3 burpees over the bar


INTENDED STIMULUS:

  • 10-15MINS

  • choose a pace in the early part that allows you to continuously move.

  • steadily increase your pace on the barbell/burpees.
