INTENDED STIMULUS

  • Scale DU's to ~30SEC of singles or DU attempts.

  • Moderate barbell loading.

  • should be able to hold onto barbell for unbroken sets.

  • aim for 5÷ ROUNDS

  • Advanced athletes could do touch-n-go reps at 5+ ROUNDS.
