SKILL/CONDITIONING: 15-20MINS

  • rope climbs

  • 7MIN EMOM: 1 rope climb


12MIN AMRAP:

  • 20 V-ups

  • 1 rope climb

  • 4 x25m shuttle runs

(NOTE: ONE shuttle run is 25m down AND 25m back. you must complete 4 of those for a TOTAL of 200m.)


INTENDED STIMULUS:

  • 4~7 ROUNDS

  • SCALE V-ups to alt. single leg if needed.

  • recover the midline and push on the shuttle runs; try to move steadily but quickly.

  • advanced athletes should try strict gymnastics.
