SKILL:
air squats
heels down, neutral spine, knee track with toes, hips back & down below the tops of the knees.
4 ROUNDS:
50 air squats
15 shoulder-to-overhead 155/105
INTENDED STIMULUS:
barbell taken from the floor.
DO NOT underestimate the effect of the air squats on the shoulder-to-overhead.
strive for great form on the air squats.
QUALITY over speed.
use a target (wallball or short box) if having trouble reaching full range of motion.
Coaches will call out bad reps! don't get upset, just strive for better!
