  • MAX REPS pull-ups

  • 2 MINS REST after each set

(EXTRA CREDIT: strict, C2B, muscle-ups.)


INTENDED STIMULUS:

  • heavier-than-usual wall-ball shots,

  • complete wallballs <1MIN in 1-2 sets and 1MIN+ for pull-ups.

  • great opportunity to challenge yourself with a version of pullups outside your comfort zone.

  • more advanced athletes can challenge themselves with strict p/u or muscle-ups.
