  • abmat sit-ups

  • double-unders


3 ROUNDS:

  • 400m run

  • 21 kettlebell swings 53/35

  • 12 toes-to-bar


INTENDED STIMULUS:

  • 9~15mins

  • grip will fatigue fast so shake it out on the run.

  • push on the run

  • try to hold onto the kettlebell for unbroken sets

  • complete the T2B is no more than 2~3 sets
