METCON: "PACE HORSE - BIKING & SQUATTING"

20min AMRAP (TEAMS OF 3):

  • PARTNER A - 500m assault bike

  • PARTNER B - max reps front squats

  • PARTNER C - holds plank position

PARTNER B does max reps front squats while PARTNER A (The Pace Horse) bikes 500m and PARTNER C rests in the plank position. When PARTNER A completes 500m on the bike everyone rotates positions. Score is total reps front squats for the team.
