SKILL:

  • handstand hold/walk/push-up

  • ~15mins practice

  • use the skills we've learned over the last few weeks

14min AMRAP:

  • 200m run to start

  • max REPS hang squat clean

  • use 135/95 OR 50% 1RM clean

  • 200m run after barbell touches ground
