pace horse team wod starboard crossfit workout

METCON: "PACE HORSE"

18min AMRAP (TEAMS OF 3):

  • A - 200m run (AKA: the pace horse)

  • B - max reps wallballs 20/14

  • C - hold deadlift position

Partner (A) is the pace horse. While he/she is running, partner (B) does max reps wallballs and partner (C) holds the barbell in deadlift position. When the runner comes back, everyone switches positions.

Score is total reps wallballs for the team.
