METCON - "GROCERY LIST - DON'T FORGET THE MILK"

  • FOR TIME (TEAMS OF 2):

  • 100 abmat sit-ups

  • 90 KB swings 53/35

  • 80 push-ups

  • 70 goblet squats 53/35

  • 60 pull-ups

  • 50 box jumps 24"/20"

  • 40 burpees

  • 30 deadlifts 135/95

  • 20 squat cleans 135/95

  • 10 push jerks 135/95

while PARTNER A works, PARTNER B bikes 600m then both PARTNERS switch positions.

PARTNER B will pick up where PARTNER A left off.

PARTNERS continue biking 600m and switching positions until the list is completed.
