Starboard CrossFit | 12 Days/Barbells of Christmas

METCON: "THE 12 BARBELLS OF CHRISTMAS" 

FOR TIME (95/65): 

  • 1 deadlift 

  • 2 hang power cleans 

  • 3 front squats 

  • 4 shoulder press 

  • 5 back squats 

  • 6 push press 

  • 7 thrusters 

  • 8 squat cleans 

  • 9 push jerks 

  • 10 hang power snatch 

  • 11 ovrhd squats 

  • 12 sumo deadlift high pull 

Start off by doing 1 deadlift and then do 1 deadlift + 2 hang power cleans. Next is 1 deadlift + 2 hang power cleans + 3 front squats... and so on throughout the entire WOD until all 12 movements are completed. once you hit 12, go back down to 1.
