Terms and Conditions -

By accessing and using the Starboard CrossFit facilities and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of the Membership Agreement. In addition, when using these particular facilities and services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such facilities and services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. Specific Details about Member Policies and Procedures can be found in the Membership Agreement Application.

All Membership Agreements are for a minimum of one (1) month (“Term”). All Monthly Membership monthly dues will be deducted each month by monthly automatic electronic payment (credit card, debit card, or automatic checking account draft) at the monthly rate then in effect. Monthly memberships will automatically renew each month at the same payment terms and billing date established at time of enrollment. All prepaid plans are paid upfront and must be renewed upon expiration at the rate and terms then in effect. Any changes to membership plans, or cancellation must be received FIFTEEN (15) DAYS in advance of next billing cycle or plan expiration date. It is the member's responsibility to monitor payment expiration, membership expiration and renewal dates.

Right to Cancellation -
​
The Membership Agreement may be cancelled within THREE (3) DAYS from the Agreement Date without any penalty or further obligation by providing written notice by certified or registered mail to Starboard CrossFit at 2131 N.A.D. Rd. North Charleston, SC 29406. Such notice shall be accompanied by the contract forms and any other documents of evidence of membership previously delivered to the Member. All monies paid pursuant to such contract shall be refunded within FIFTEEN (15) BUSINESS DAYS on receipt of such notice of cancellation by the Seller.

Cancellation Policy -
​
Monthly Membership dues will continue to be deducted each month at the monthly rate then in effect until such date that I provide written notice of Termination Request. Membership Agreements may be terminated at any time by providing written notice a minimum of FIFTEEN (15) DAYS before members next billing date. Written notice requesting termination ("Cancellation Request") of the membership agreement must be made by certified or registered mail to Starboard CrossFit at 2131 N.A.D. Rd. North Charleston, SC 29406 or by sending a cancellation request email to info@starboardcrossfit.com.

Membership Cancellation Requests made by any other medium will NOT be honored (i.e. verbal requests, Facebook messages, notes left on the front desk, phone calls, etc.) Failure to provide such notice with a minimum of FIFTEEN (15) DAYS before members next billing date will result in the billing of one final month for which member will have access to the facility and services.

Once we have received and confirmed your written request, you will be contacted by a Senior Staff Member to confirm your eligibility and the details of your cancellation and the membership agreement will terminate within 15-days.
​
You are required to submit payment for the remaining FIFTEEN (15) DAYS (if your payment is due). As a requirement of cancellation the account must be in good-standing; in the event the account is not current on all payments due up to that date it is required to be brought up to date first before any cancellation or additional Termination Fees can be applied to such account.

Account Holds -
​
Membership accounts and dues can be placed on hold for a maximum of THIRTY (30) DAYS by providing written request via email to info@starboardcrossfit.com, and a processing fee in lieu of membership dues will be applied. Additionally, with proper documentation, membership accounts can be placed on Injury Leave. During this time regular monthly membership dues will be collected and upon return the member’s account will be credited.

Refund Policy -
​
All sales are final. NO REFUNDS, TRANSFERS OR EXCHANGES. Starboard CrossFit reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. We reserve the right to cancel a client’s membership at any time for any reason. To request cancellation please click the following link.
