  • 10 toes-to-bar

  • 15 kettlebell swings 55/35

(EXTRA CREDIT: start with 1 rope climb/pull each round)

POST WOD ACCESSORY:

  • TABATA:

  • plank jacks

  • bicycle kicks

  • 100 weighted abmat sit-ups using weight on chest or behind head

(EXTRA CREDIT: 50 medball GHD sit-ups)
