(EXTRA CREDIT: strict or wall facing hspu's.)


INTENDED STIMULUS

  • time domain 12-20MINS

  • WALKING lunges ONLY. all other lunges are scaled.

  • partition reps to allow you to keep moving.

  • move thru lunges smoothly & challenge yourself on the hspu's.

  • advanced athletes can challenge themselves with extra credit.
