PARTNER A will bike. PARTNERS B does 5 deadlifts and then holds the weighted bar in the standing position and PARTNER C will hold the plank position for as long as possible. All teammates will rotate positions when either PARTNER B or C can no longer hold position. Continue until the team reaches 10km on the bike.
