  • 2 x 1MIN samson stretch with overhead squat and side-to-side twists

  • 2 x 200m jog

  • 10 slow cossack squats (5 per side)

  • 3 x 30sec high knees + 30sec butt kickers + 30sec REST

  • 50 PVC pass-thrus

  • 10ea lying leg swing

  • 10ea lying leg crossover

  • 5 roll over V-sit

  • 10 single leg glute bridges ea. leg

  • 30 high knees + 30 buttkickers


FOR TIME:

  • 50 plank shoulder taps

  • 50 alt. walking lunges

  • 50 hollow rocks

  • 50 jumping air squats

  • EMOM: 3 burpees
