  • 9 box jump/step-overs 24"/20"

  • 7 deadlifts 185/135

  • 5 handstand push-ups

(EXTRA CREDIT: GHD sit-ups, strict or wall facing hspu's.)


INTENDED STIMULUS

  • 3MINS or less per round.

  • low reps are a perfect time to challenge yourself on the hspu's.

  • Advanced athletes can challenge themselves with extra credit.
