OPTION A:

FOR TIME: "12 BARBELLS OF CHRISTMAS"

  • 1 deadlift

  • 2 hang power cleans

  • 3 front squats

  • 4 shoulder press

  • 5 back squats

  • 6 push press

  • 7 thrusters

  • 8 squat cleans

  • 9 push jerks

  • 10 hang power snatch

  • 11 overhead squats

  • 12 sumo deadlift high pulls

(Rx: 75/55 OR Rx+: 95/65)

(NOTE: REP scheme is as follows: 1 then 1+2 then 1+2+3, then 1+2+3+4, etc... And once you finish 12 go all the way back down to 1.)



OPTION B:

FOR TIME: "12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS"

  • 1 shoulder-to-overhead

  • 2 front squats

  • 3 hang power cleans

  • 4 deadlifts

  • 5 burpees

  • 6 pull-ups

  • 7 handstand push-ups

  • 8 V-ups

  • 9 toes-to-bar

  • 10 push-ups

  • 11 lunges ea. leg

  • 12 cals bike

(Rx: 95/65 OR Rx+: 135/95)

(NOTE: REP scheme is as follows: 1 then 2+1 then 3+2+1, then 4+3+2+1, etc... And finally 12 all the way back down to 1.)
