SKILL/CONDITIONING: ~10MINS

  • 50-40-30-20-10 REPS double-unders

  • 10 burpees after each set

(SCALE: 50-40-30-20-10 SECONDS of single unders or DU attempts.)


10 ROUNDS:

  • 5 pull-ups

  • 5 handstand push-ups

  • 5 snatches 95/65

  • 2 x 25m shuttle run

(EXTRA CREDIT: strict, chest-to-bar, or wall facing.)


INTENDED STIMULUS:

  • time domain 12-18MINS

  • barbell should be light and easy to do touch-n-go reps.

  • low reps are a perfect time to challenge yourself on the gymnastics.

  • advanced athletes can challenge themselves with extra credit.
