CONDITIONING:

  • 4 x 400m run

  • REST AS NEEDED (~3mins) b/t attempts

  • GOAL is consistency - NOT SPEED

  • try to hold each run within ±10sec of each other

  • SCALE: 1000m bike - maintain a consistent output (Watts)



10min AMRAP:

  • 10 alt. dumbbell hang clean & jerk 50/35

  • 10 box jump-overs 30"/24"

  • 10 handstand push-ups
