SKILL/STRENGTH: REVERSE TABATA


  • STRICT chest-to-bar chin-up holds

  • hold for 10sec REST for 20sec

  • focus on maintaining good form

  • ​chest up as high as possible (sternum touching bar)

  • elbows back, lats engaged, squeeze shoulder blades back and down, and lower body/legs relaxed or "dangling"


16MIN ALT. EMOM:

  • ODD: 2 power cleans + 1 thruster + 1 hang squat clean 115/75

  • EVEN: 200m sprint (SCALE: 100m sprint)
