(EXTRA CREDIT: 5x10m (32ft) handstand walk.)


INTENDED STIMULUS:

  • 10~17MINS

  • partitioning as needed to allow you to keep moving with minimal breaks.

  • advanced athletes may challenge themselves with a taller box and/or heavier dumbbell.
