  • 60 alt. dumbbell snatches 50/35

INTENDED STIMULUS:

  • 10~17MINS

  • partitioning as needed to allow you to keep moving with minimal breaks.

  • advanced athletes may challenge themselves with a taller box and/or heavier dumbbell.
