deadlift 185/135 + burpee
min 1: 1 deadlift + 1 burpee
min 2: 2 deadlift + 2 burpees
min 3: 3 deadlift + 3 burpees
min 4.: 4+4... min 5: 5+5... min 6: 6+6 and so on until you can no longer complete the required number of reps in the given minute. if you finish before everyone else, continue doing 3-5 deadlifts & burpees until the last person finishes.
